Got a pair of kicks today, the Nike Air Max 2 CB ’94, style code DC1411-001. Man, these things are something else. Straight out of the box, you can tell they’re built to last. Nice and sturdy, but not too heavy, you know?
So, first thing I did was try to get these bad boys on my feet. They’ve got this pull tab on the heel, which is a lifesaver. Makes slipping them on a breeze. No wrestling with the shoes, which is always a plus in my book.
Once I got them on, walked around the house a bit. I mean, the rubber sole feels solid. No slipping and sliding on the kitchen floor, that’s for sure. Feels like they’d grip well on the court, too.
Now, I’m no sneaker expert, but I read somewhere these were first released back in ’94. That’s way before my time, but it’s cool to wear something with a bit of history. And the design? They kept it pretty much the same as the original, which is awesome. Gives you that old-school vibe.

Final Thoughts
All in all, these Nike Air Max 2 CB ’94 are a solid pick-up. They’re comfortable, they look good, and they’ve got that classic feel. Oh, and they are all black. The price, well some place was selling between $290 to $585. Definitely worth it if you’re into that sort of thing. Just my two cents, anyway.
From what I found, they are available in at least 6 online stores. But the price at each store may vary greatly.
These shoes can also be used as gifts. I found a website that seemed to offer gift cards, so that was possible.

I also checked out the launch date of these shoes, it seemed like they were re-launched on SNKRS, but I wasn’t sure what that was. But I guess it’s an event, maybe it’s a good thing.

In 2024, Nike seemed to have held an Air Max Day, but I didn’t pay attention, after all, it has nothing to do with me.
