Okay, so I have been messing around with perfumes lately, trying to find something that really suits me. Today, I wanna talk about this one I tried called Ralph Blue. I heard some good things about it, so I thought, “Why not give it a shot?”

First off, getting my hands on it was a bit of a journey. I went to Ulta ’cause I remembered seeing it there before. They only had these big 4.2 fl. oz. bottles, which was kinda annoying. I mean, what if I didn’t like it? Anyway, I sprayed some on a tester strip and took a whiff.

My initial impression? It was fresh, like really fresh. I picked up on some floral notes, like lotus and jasmine, and it had this aquatic vibe to it. It was kinda sharp, too, but in a good way. It made me think of being outside on a sunny day.

  • First spray: Super fresh, floral, aquatic, a bit sharp.
  • Wearing it: I decided to go for it and sprayed some on my wrist and neck. It felt pretty good, not too overpowering.

I wore it the other day, just a regular day, nothing special. I noticed that it lasted a decent amount of time, I’d say around 6 to 8 hours. That’s pretty good for an everyday fragrance. I got a hint of some mandarin and sage smells in it, too.

What I really liked about Ralph Blue is that it felt versatile. It wasn’t too strong for daytime, but it also had enough oomph to wear in the evening. It’s like a solid, all-around kind of scent. The patchouli and lavender really made it feel modern, but it also smelled a bit like the classic Polo stuff.

Final Thoughts

So, after wearing it a few times, I gotta say I’m into it. It’s a good, solid fragrance that’s easy to wear. It’s not gonna blow your mind, but it’s pleasant and lasts a while. If you’re looking for something fresh and versatile, Ralph Blue is worth checking out. Just maybe try to find a smaller bottle first, in case it’s not your thing. It’s a bit of a gamble, but hey, that’s part of the fun, right?

I should also mention that I wore the EDP (Eau de Parfum) version, which is supposed to be stronger than the EDT (Eau de Toilette). So, if you want something that really sticks around, go for the EDP.

Anyways, that’s my little adventure with Ralph Blue. Hope it helps someone out there who’s on the hunt for a new scent!
