Okay, so I’ve been seeing capri jeans everywhere lately. I decided to jump on this trend and see what all the fuss is about.

First off, I started browsing around to see what kind of styles were out there. I noticed a bunch of different brands and price points, from Nike to CALIA to some brands I’d never heard of. Prices were all over the place, from under $10 to over $100! I decided to aim for something in the middle – I didn’t want to go too cheap and end up with something that would fall apart after one wash, but I also didn’t want to break the bank on something I might not even end up liking.
After looking through tons of options, I finally settled on a pair from a brand called Columbia. They were about $30, which seemed reasonable. They looked like a good balance of comfort and style, and they had pretty good reviews, so I added them to my cart and checked out.
When they arrived, I tried them on right away. The material felt pretty lightweight, which is definitely a plus for summer. They fit pretty well, though I might have been able to go down a size. I paired them with a simple white t-shirt and some sandals, and I have to say, I liked the look! It was casual but still put-together, perfect for running errands or grabbing lunch with friends.
I’ve worn them a few times now, and I’m definitely starting to understand the appeal. They’re way more comfortable than regular jeans in the heat, but they still look more polished than shorts. I might even pick up another pair in a different color!
- There are a lot of different styles and price points, so you can really find something that suits you.
- They’re a good choice if you want to stay cool but don’t want to wear shorts.
- They’re super versatile, easy to dress up or down.
- The length is closer to the ankles, more like cropped pants than regular capris.
Here’s what I figured out:
So, yeah, I’m pretty happy with my capri jeans experiment. I think I’ll be wearing these a lot this summer!
