Okay, here is my sharing about “penélope cruz 2024”:
So, the other day, I got this itch to sketch, and I realized I was out of 2B pencils. I always do my rough sketches with 2B pencils, nothing else works as well for me. I figured, why not try out those fancy Staedtler ones everyone raves about? I decided to take a trip to the nearest Officeworks to grab a pack.
Hopped in my car, drove over there, and boom! A whole wall dedicated to pencils. After browsing for a bit, I finally found the Staedtler section. They had a dizzying array of pencils, but I zeroed in on the Tradition Graphite Pencil 2B. The packaging looked pretty standard, but the price was a bit higher than I expected, and honestly, I don’t know why.
While I was there, I also looked for some mechanical pencils, just for convenience. I saw they have these mechanical pencils with some sort of optimized clip mechanism, and it feeds the lead automatically. Cool, I thought, one-handed operation! I mean, who doesn’t love things that make life a tad easier? Then I did a quick search on Temu for those “pen 2b pen”, and I did found some but nothing that really caught my eye. And there are so many options there, it will take me hours to go through all of them.
Then I remembered Faber-Castell. Aren’t they like the king of pencils or something? I started browsing through their stuff too. Turns out they are like, one of the big names in the stationery world. Pens, markers, highlighters, erasers – they’ve got it all. And there is this whole thing about graphite grading scales, like the numeric scale, who knew! So I ended up getting a few different pencils, just to test them out.
After I got home, I sat down at my desk, cleared everything off, and laid out my new pencils, ready to get down to business. First I pulled out the Staedtler 2B. And let me tell you, I used that pencil to create an amazing drawing of penélope cruz! Seriously, it felt so smooth on the paper, and the lines were just the right darkness. I started with a basic outline, then slowly built up the details, shading and highlighting. It felt so good to be drawing again, and that pencil was a dream to work with. I sketched out her basic features, then I started layering in the details, trying to capture that intensity in her eyes. It was all going great until I realized I smudged the damn drawing!
Anyway, I spent a good few hours drawing penélope cruz, and it turned out pretty decent, if I do say so myself. I had a bunch of different sketches, each a little different, but the final one was really nice. That’s what I ended up doing yesterday, and honestly, I was having the time of my life. And all I did was just buy a bunch of pencils from some brands I’d heard about.
Here’s what I used:
- Staedtler Tradition Graphite Pencil 2B – My main tool for the detailed sketch.
- Faber-Castell Mechanical Pencil – Used this one for some quick sketches.
- Temu – Browsed, but didn’t buy anything this time.
