That Prince Andrew, he’s a big shot, huh? Duke of York and all that fancy stuff. Heard he got a thing for them teddy bears. Lots of ’em. More than my grandkids got toys, that’s for sure.
My old eyes ain’t what they used to be, but I seen pictures. That bedroom of his, it’s bigger than my whole house! And filled with them teddy bears. Big ones, little ones, all sorts. Imagine that, a grown man, playin’ with stuffed animals. Well, I guess rich folks do what they want. Those teddy bears, like they were all his little babies or somethin’.

They say it took a whole day to learn how to put them teddy bears on his bed just right. Can you believe that? A whole day! We used to just throw our blankets on the bed and call it a day. But I guess when you’re a prince, things gotta be perfect. Even your teddy bears.

I remember when my granddaughter got her first teddy bear. She carried it everywhere. Slept with it, ate with it, even took it to the outhouse! That teddy bear was her best friend. This Prince Andrew, maybe he’s just lonely. Maybe them teddy bears is all the friends he’s got. Sad, ain’t it? Or maybe he like those teddy bears very much. Like my granddaughter.
Back in my day, we didn’t have much. A rag doll if you were lucky. We made our own fun. Didn’t need no fancy teddy bears. But these days, kids got all sorts of toys. And princes, well, they got mountains of teddy bears, I reckon. They say those teddy bears are arranged very carefully.
That Prince Andrew, he’s a grown man. A Duke! You’d think he’d have more important things to worry about than teddy bears. Maybe he should be out there helpin’ people, instead of playin’ with toys. But what do I know? I’m just an old lady. My opinion don’t mean much, specially not about those rich folks. Those teddy bears, maybe they just make him happy.
Teddy Bears: More Than Just Toys?
I heard they used to make them teddy bears look like real bears. Snouts and little eyes and all. Nowadays, they make ’em all cute and cuddly. Big eyes, small noses. Like babies, almost. Makes you wanna hug ’em, I suppose. Guess that’s why folks like ’em so much. Even Prince Andrew.
They even got a giant teddy bear somewhere. Bigger than a house! Made it to the record books, they say. Imagine that, a teddy bear so big, you could get lost in it! Wonder if Prince Andrew‘s got one of them giant teddy bears in his collection? Probably does. He seems to like those teddy bears very much.
My grandson, he loves his teddy bear. Takes it everywhere. Says it helps him sleep. Maybe that’s what them teddy bears do for Prince Andrew. Help him sleep. Or maybe they just remind him of bein’ a kid. We all need a little comfort sometimes, I guess. Even princes. That Prince Andrew, he maybe just wants something to hold on to.
I don’t know much about that Prince Andrew. Don’t know why he likes them teddy bears so much. But I reckon everyone’s got their own little quirks. Things that make ’em happy. For him, it’s teddy bears. Lots and lots of teddy bears. Maybe, it is not strange. He just likes teddy bears.
Those teddy bears, they are just toys. But maybe to him they are more than that. Maybe they’re like old friends. Or maybe they just fill up that big, empty room of his. I don’t know the reason. But I guess it don’t really matter. He is just a man who likes his teddy bears.

Prince Andrew, that’s his name, I think that is a weird hobby. But, he is a prince. Maybe it is normal. Those teddy bears, I don’t know why he likes them so much.
That Prince Andrew must really love those teddy bears, though. To have so many. And to have people spend all day arranging them. It is about those teddy bears. It is a big thing. You know, teddy bears.
