Today I received a task, needing to make clothes by using Z software. To be honest, I’ve never used this software before. So, I decided to learn it from scratch and try to figure it out.

First, I opened the software and looked at the interface. It was a bit confusing, but I just started to play around with it. I clicked different buttons and tried various tools just to see what they do. I didn’t follow any tutorials or anything, just explored the software on my own.
Trial and Error
After poking around, I started by trying to create a basic T-shirt. I found a tool that seemed like it could draw shapes. I used it to sketch out the outline of a shirt. It was pretty rough, but it was a start.
- Drawing the Outline: I used some tools to draw the front and back pieces of the shirt. It wasn’t perfect, but I managed to get something that looked like a T-shirt.
- Adding Sleeves: I struggled a bit with the sleeves. I tried different ways to attach them to the body. Finally, I found a tool that helped me connect them properly.
- Adjusting the Fit: The initial fit was terrible. I spent time dragging points around, trying to make it look more like a real shirt. I think I made a bit of progress.
Stitching Things Together
Once I had the basic pieces, I needed to stitch them together. This part was tricky. I found a stitching tool and started to connect the edges. There were some missteps where I accidentally stitched the wrong parts together, but I kept undoing and redoing until it started to come together.
After some time, I managed to get all the pieces stitched. It was like a digital puzzle, and I was quite satisfied when I finally got it right. The shirt took shape, and I could see it as a 3D model in the software.
The End Result
In the end, I made a simple T-shirt. It wasn’t perfect by any means, but it was a good start for someone who had never used Z software before. I learned a lot by just trying things out and not being afraid to make mistakes.
