Okay, so, I was messing around online, you know, just doing my usual thing, and I stumbled upon this thing called “Cactus Jack Watch.” Now, I’m not really into fancy watches or anything, but the name caught my eye. I mean, “Cactus Jack” sounds kinda cool, right? So, I started digging.
Turns out, this “Cactus Jack” thing is related to this rapper, Travis Scott. I’ve heard some of his music before, it is kind of catchy. He’s got this whole brand, also called Cactus Jack, which is also his nickname. Apparently, saying “Cactus Jack sent me” is like saying “Travis Scott sent me.” Seems a bit extra, but alright.
First, I tried to find out where to even see this watch thing. Some places talked about streaming and trailers, which confused me at first. I mean, it is a watch. But I guess they were talking about videos of it? Anyway, I found some mentions of Amazon Prime, FlixFling, and something called The Roku Channel. I do not have any of those, but I did find videos showing this watch and about it.
I also found out that this watch is some kind of special edition, a collaboration between Travis Scott, his Cactus Jack label, and this big-shot watch company, Audemars Piguet. And get this, it’s limited to only 200 pieces! No wonder it’s such a big deal.
Then, I saw the price tag. $201,000! For a watch! I nearly choked on my coffee. I mean, I guess if you’re into that kind of stuff, and you’ve got the cash, go for it. But for me, that’s like, a house, not a watch.

Maybe one day I’ll understand the appeal of these super expensive things, but today is not that day.
