Okay, so I’ve been seeing a lot of buzz about Taylor Swift’s beauty routine lately, and like, I had to jump in and see what the fuss was all about. The girl’s always on the go, and yet her skin looks amazing, so I figured I’d try to copy her routine and see if I could get that same glow.

First off, I noticed some people talking about her using some fancy Kate Somerville moisturizer. I don’t have that kind of money, so I just stuck with my usual moisturizer. I did grab some coconut body butter, though, because I heard she uses that to keep her skin smooth. I’ve been slathering that on every night before bed, and honestly, my skin does feel softer.
Then, I read somewhere that she spends 24 hours just resting in bed between tour legs. I tried that. It was hard. I mean, who has time for that? But I did manage to get a full eight hours of sleep, which is more than usual for me. I’m not sure it made a difference in my skin, but I definitely felt more refreshed.
- Moisturizer: Used my regular, everyday moisturizer in the morning and night.
- Coconut Body Butter: Applied generously all over before going to bed.
- Rest: Aimed for 8 hours of sleep and tried to relax as much as possible.
- Primer: I used a primer with hyaluronic acid in it.
Another thing I noticed was mentions of her makeup routine. I heard she uses a good primer, so I picked one up that has hyaluronic acid in it. It felt pretty nice on my skin, and I think it did make my makeup last longer.
The Final Verdict
After following some parts of Taylor’s routine, I have to say my skin does feel a bit softer, especially with the body butter. The extra sleep was nice, but I don’t think it did much for my skin. As for the primer, it’s a nice addition, but I don’t think it was a game-changer. Overall, I think Taylor’s routine is more about consistency and taking care of yourself than any specific product. And, I think it’s pretty cool that she prioritizes rest and relaxation. I guess that’s the real secret to her glow!
