This Craving Thing, It Ain’t Just Sugar
Now, most folks think cravin’s just about sugar. But it ain’t always that simple. Sometimes you crave other things too. Like salty stuff, or greasy stuff. Some folks even crave dirt! Can you believe that? Dirt! But mostly, it’s the unhealthy stuff. The chips, the fries, the candy bars. The stuff that ain’t good for ya, but tastes so darn good.
Sometimes Your Body’s Tellin’ You Somethin’
And sometimes, your cravin’s might mean your body needs somethin’ else. Like, if you’re cravin’ chocolate, maybe you need more magnesium. Magnesium is this thing that helps your muscles and nerves work right. And chocolate’s got some of it. So, if you’re always cravin’ chocolate, maybe you ain’t gettin’ enough magnesium in your food. You should eat more fruits and veggies, they say. But who wants to eat a salad when you can have a candy bar, right?

What to do About It?

Maybe take a walk, listen to some music, talk to a friend. And you gotta eat healthy, even when you don’t want to. Lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean meats. And you gotta try to cut back on the sugar. It ain’t easy, but it’s worth it. You’ll feel better, have more energy, and maybe even live longer. And that’s more important than any piece of candy, I reckon.
It is a hard thing to do, but try your best
Like I said, it is not easy to stop yourself from intense craving. But you should try your best. If you can’t stop it then at least try to eat something better instead of eating pure unhealthy junk food. Fruits are good. And try to be happy, that way you won’t be stressed and craving will be less I think.
