Okay, here’s my blog post about my experience with white tees:

White Tee for Every Budget: Affordable and Luxury Options!

So, I’ve been on this quest, right? A quest for the perfect white tee. Sounds simple, but man, it’s been a journey. I started, like everyone, just grabbing whatever was cheapest at the store. Didn’t matter the brand, if it was white and a tee, I bought it.

Then I started noticing. Some shirts were like, see-through after one wash, others shrunk into a weird, boxy shape. Some were so stiff, it felt like wearing cardboard. I was tossing them out left and right. It was a mess, I tell ya. I began to search for some good ones.

I tried a bunch of different brands. Went to a couple of the big department stores, tried on a few, even ordered some online. It was a whole thing. I have a friend who’s really into fashion, and she recommended me to try different brands. And she was like, “You gotta feel the fabric, look at the stitching!” She made me look at a lot of things that I didn’t even consider.

I started taking notes, believe it or not. Here’s a little snippet of what I jotted down:

  • Brand A: Too thin, felt cheap.
  • Brand B: Okay fit, but pilled like crazy after a few washes.
  • Brand C: Weird neck hole, way too tight.
  • Brand D: Super expensive, and honestly, not that much better.

But then, I found it. It’s this brand, Velvet, never heard of them before. I saw an ad for them. The model was wearing a nice white tee and it said “Scoop”. I went to their store to take a look.

I finally decided to get one to try on, and I was like, “Wow, this is actually nice.”

It’s not see-through, it’s got a nice weight to it, and it drapes really well. I wore it around all day, washed it, and it still looked great. I went back and bought, like, five more. Seriously, it’s the best. I think I’ve finally cracked the code. This is the one.

So, yeah, that’s my white tee saga. It took some time, a lot of trial and error, and a little bit of help from my friend, but I got there. The end!
