Okay, so today I wanna talk about the “blonde curly celebrity” thing. I’ve been seeing it all over my feed, and I got curious. What’s the big deal? Are we really going back to those big, bouncy curls?

First, I scrolled through a bunch of pictures online. You know, just to get an idea of what this trend is all about. I saw a lot of those classic Hollywood looks, like, from the ’40s or something. Think big, glamorous waves. Some of them were more modern, like loose curls or beachy waves, but still blonde and curly.
My Experiment
I decided I had to try this out myself. I mean, I’ve got naturally wavy hair, so I figured, why not? I dug out my old curling iron—yeah, the one I haven’t used in ages—and got to work. Let me tell you, it was a process.
- First, I washed and conditioned my hair. Gotta start with a good base, right?
- Then, I applied some heat protectant spray. Don’t wanna fry my hair, even if it’s for a good cause.
- Next, I sectioned my hair and started curling. I went for bigger sections for those voluminous curls I saw online.
- Once I was done, I sprayed some hairspray to hold it all in place. And voila!
The Result
Honestly, I was surprised. It looked kinda cool! Not exactly like the celebrities, but hey, I’m no professional. It definitely had that vintage vibe, which I kinda digged. But it was a lot of work. I don’t think I’ll be doing this every day, but maybe for a special occasion or something.
So, is the “blonde curly celebrity” trend worth it? I guess it depends on how much effort you wanna put in. It’s definitely a statement look. And who knows, maybe this will be the year of blonde curls. I mean, a lot of people are saying so. Anyway, it was fun to try out. Maybe you should give it a go too!
