Alright, let’s talk about this “Physical 100” show, the one with that fella, Emmanuel. I watched it, you know, and I got some things to say. Don’t expect no fancy words from me, I just tell it like it is.

So, this Emmanuel guy, he’s built like a brick outhouse, strong as an ox. They say he’s a bodybuilder, lifts weights and all that. He was in this competition, “Physical 100,” where folks wrestle and fight and do all sorts of crazy things. I tell ya, some of them challenges looked tough as nails.
Now, Emmanuel, he did pretty good for a while. He was holding that ball, I don’t even know what that was about, but it seemed important. He held it for a long time, like three minutes or somethin’. Folks were tryin’ to get it from him, but he was tough. He even used his feet at one point! Can you believe that? Using your feet to hold a ball! That boy is resourceful, I tell ya.
- He’s super strong.
- He holds that ball real good.
- He’s not afraid to use his feet.
But then, this other fella, Kim Dong-hyun, they say he’s a fighter, a real tough guy. He wrestled that ball away from Emmanuel right at the last minute. Less than 20 seconds left, can you imagine? Emmanuel just couldn’t get it back. And that was it for him, he was out. It was a close one though, real close. I was sittin’ on the edge of my seat, I tell ya.
Now, some folks are sayin’ that Kim Dong-hyun picked Emmanuel ’cause he thought he’d be an easy win. They say Emmanuel ain’t a fighter, not like those other fellas. He’s a bodybuilder, not a wrestler or somethin’. And they say Kim Dong-hyun just wanted to get rid of a foreigner. I don’t know about all that, sounds kinda mean if you ask me. But then again, this is a competition, ain’t it? Everyone’s lookin’ out for themselves.
But I gotta say, Emmanuel put up a good fight. He surprised a lot of folks, I bet. Even Kim Dong-hyun, he probably didn’t think Emmanuel would be that tough. That Emmanuel, he’s got guts, that’s for sure. He didn’t back down, he gave it his all. And that’s all you can ask for, right?

And there was this other fella, Hunter Lee. They said he works at the U.S. Embassy, somethin’ fancy like that. He’s also a Navy Reserve fella. He lost too, in a one-on-one match. See, it don’t matter who you are or where you come from, this “Physical 100” thing is tough. You gotta be strong, you gotta be fast, and you gotta be smart.
Anyways, they say some other guy named Amotti won the whole thing. I didn’t see that part yet, but good for him, I guess. It takes a lot to win somethin’ like that. A lot of sweat, a lot of pain, and a lot of determination.
So, yeah, that’s my take on this “Physical 100” show and that Emmanuel fella. He’s a strong one, that’s for sure. And even though he lost, he showed everyone what he’s made of. He ain’t no pushover, that’s for certain. He fought hard, and that’s what matters. You can’t win ‘em all, I always say. Sometimes you just gotta hold your head high and keep on goin’. And that’s what I reckon Emmanuel will do.
I heard that Emmanuel didn’t even know who this Kim Dong-hyun fella was. Can you believe that? He went into that fight not knowin’ he was up against a real tough guy. Maybe if he’d known, he woulda done things different. But then again, maybe not. Some folks just fight their own fight, no matter who they’re up against.
This whole “Physical 100,” it’s somethin’ else. People from all walks of life, all shapes and sizes, comin’ together to test their limits. It’s kinda inspirin’, you know? Makes you think about what you’re capable of. Makes you wanna get up and do somethin’, even if it’s just walkin’ around the block a few times.
Anyway, that’s all I got to say about it. It was a good show, kept me entertained. And that Emmanuel, he’s a good man, a strong man. I hope he does well in whatever he does next. He’s got a good head on his shoulders, that one.
