Hey guys, so I’ve been diving deep into the whole Lana Del Rey vibe lately, you know, with all the buzz around her Harper’s Bazaar feature. It’s been quite a journey, let me tell you.

First off, I started by digging into what Harper’s Bazaar actually is. Turns out, it’s this super old American fashion magazine, like, from way back in the 1800s! They’ve been doing monthly issues since 1901, and it got scooped up by this big-shot businessman, William Randolph Hearst, in 1913.
Getting into Lana’s World
Then, I moved on to Lana herself. Man, she’s interesting! I read this interview where she talked about her love life – or the lack of it, at the time. She was all, “I’m definitely not in love right now. No,” which I thought was pretty bold to share. And she once said she was a faux Gemini! what does that mean!
- I also found out she and Taylor Swift are buddies. They’ve been supporting each other since they met at the MTV Europe Music Awards in 2012. They even watched the Super Bowl together this year!
- Then there’s the whole stage name thing. Apparently, she picked “Lana Del Rey” because she wanted a name that could shape her music, especially since she was hanging out in Miami a lot back then.
The Collaboration Buzz
Of course, I had to check out her collaboration with Taylor Swift on “Snow On The Beach.” I listened to it a few times, trying to catch all the nuances and stuff.
And finally, I got my hands on the December 2023 issue of Harper’s Bazaar where Lana was the cover star. The interview was so good, she talked about all sorts of things. She even talked about how old she is, 38. She looks great!
So yeah, that’s been my little adventure into the world of Lana Del Rey and Harper’s Bazaar. It’s been fun, and I’ve definitely learned a lot. Hope you guys enjoyed this little recap!
