Okay, so, I gotta tell you guys about this whole LoveShackFancy x Gap thing I tried out. I saw this ad, or maybe it was a post, I don’t know, about a new collaboration. And I was like, “Hmm, LoveShackFancy, that sounds kinda cute.”

So I went ahead and checked it out. It’s basically this collection of clothes that are all floral and girly and stuff. Like, imagine a garden party, but make it fashion. They called it “Cottagecore”, which I guess is a thing now.
First, I looked up a little bit about what this brand is and who created it, it’s by someone named Rebecca, and she made this whole brand about celebrating love and flowers and feeling good. I mean, who doesn’t love flowers and feeling good, right?
I browsed through their online shop, they have like 17 stores. I didn’t know about all that before. Anyway, they have this whole collection of clothes for women, men, and even kids. It’s like a whole family can dress up in these floral patterns.
The Process:
- Browsing: I spent a good chunk of time just scrolling through the collection. There are so many dresses, skirts, shirts, and even some pants, all with these different floral patterns.
- Picking: This was the hard part. I wanted, like, everything. But I had to narrow it down. I ended up choosing a cute floral dress and a matching shirt for my kid.
- Ordering: It was pretty straightforward. I just added the items to my cart and checked out. They had this policy where you can return stuff if it’s not marked as final sale, so that was good to know.
- Waiting: This is always the worst part, isn’t it? But it didn’t take too long, thankfully.
- Trying on: The clothes arrived, and I immediately tried them on. The dress fit perfectly, and my kid looked adorable in the shirt. The material felt nice, not cheap or anything. It was all in original condition, with tags and unwashed. I really liked that.

Honestly, I’m pretty happy with this whole experience. The clothes are super cute, and they actually look like the pictures online. Plus, the whole “Cottagecore” vibe is really fun. It’s like bringing a little bit of a fairytale into your everyday life. And the fact that it’s a collaboration with Gap makes it a bit more accessible, you know? It’s like a little bit of fancy without breaking the bank. I also found that it is gaining popularity on Tiktok, I will try to post it there to see if I can get some views, which would be so cool.

So, yeah, that’s my little adventure with LoveShackFancy x Gap. I’d say it’s worth checking out if you’re into that whole floral, romantic style.
