Okay, so, I finally decided to treat myself to a Louis Vuitton Neverfull bag. I’ve been eyeing these bags for ages, and I finally took the plunge. The one I really wanted was the Damier Azur – you know, the white and blue checkerboard one? It just looks so fresh and perfect for summer.

First, I spent a whole day looking at them online. I looked at a ton of pictures and read a bunch of reviews from other people who bought it. I was a little worried about it getting dirty because it’s so light-colored, but everyone seemed to say it holds up pretty well. Then I went to check out the prices and compared them across different websites just to make sure I was getting the best deal.
After I settled on where to buy it, I went ahead and placed my order. The waiting was the hardest part! I was constantly checking the tracking number to see where it was. When it finally arrived, I was so excited! I carefully opened the box and there it was – my beautiful Neverfull. It was even better in person than in the pictures.
Unboxing and First Impressions
- The packaging: It came in this really nice, sturdy box with the Louis Vuitton logo on it. Inside, the bag was wrapped in a soft dust bag, which was a nice touch. Felt super fancy.
- The look: Gosh, the Damier Azur pattern is even prettier up close. The white and blue are so crisp and clean. The leather trim is a light beige color, and it feels really smooth.
- The size: I got the MM size, which is the medium one. It’s pretty big! Definitely big enough to carry all my everyday stuff, plus a laptop or a book.
- The feel: The canvas feels really durable, not flimsy at all. The straps are thin, but they seem strong. The inside is lined with this striped fabric that matches the blue on the outside. It also has a little zippered pocket inside, which is handy.
I’ve been using the bag for a few weeks now, and I’m totally in love with it. It’s surprisingly comfortable to carry, even when it’s full. I’ve gotten so many compliments on it, too! It’s definitely a statement piece. I’m being extra careful with it, of course, because I don’t want it to get dirty. I try to avoid setting it down on the ground, and I’m always checking to make sure the straps aren’t rubbing against anything rough. Some people said they waited two months or more to get this bag. Each boutique has their own waitlist, but I got mine pretty quickly. I guess I was lucky!
So far, so good! This Neverfull Damier Azur is a dream come true. It was a bit of a splurge, but I think it was totally worth it. It’s a classic bag that I’ll be able to use for years to come. If you’re thinking about getting one, I’d say go for it! Just be prepared to fall in love!
