Oh, honey, let me tell you about this Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu. That name is a real mouthful, ain’t it? She’s some fancy actress lady, all over that Vogue World in Paris. Big deal, I reckon. But you know, she’s got some spunk. I seen her on that show, what’s it called… Emily in Paris? Yeah, that’s the one. She plays that Sylvie, always dressed up so fine. Makes me wish I had a few of them fancy dresses.

Now, this Philippine, she ain’t no spring chicken, but she’s still got it. Born in 1963, they say. Makes her… well, you do the math. I ain’t good with numbers. But she’s holdin’ up pretty good, I gotta say. She was born in Rome, Italy, which is a long way from here, that’s for sure. Her daddy, Philippe, he was some big shot movie star in Italy. Bet she got some of that acting talent from him, huh?
She can talk in a whole mess of languages, too. English, Spanish, Italian, somethin’ called Portuguese, and French, of course. Five languages! Can you believe that? I can barely get by with my English, and sometimes folks say they can’t even understand me then. She must be one smart cookie. They say it’s hard enough to learn two languages, but five? That’s just showin’ off if you ask me. But good for her, I suppose. Gotta give credit where credit’s due.
She studied that acting stuff in Paris, even though her folks didn’t want her to. Stubborn, just like me! But I guess it paid off, didn’t it? Got her on that TV show, and now she’s walkin’ down that Vogue World thing like she owns the place. I saw some pictures, and she looked like a queen up there. All them fancy clothes and whatnot. A far cry from the overalls I wear around here, that’s for darn sure.
- She’s in that show, Emily in Paris.
- She plays that Sylvie lady.
- She was born in Rome.
- Her daddy was a movie star.
- She can talk five different languages!
- She went to Paris to study acting.
- She walked in that Vogue World: Paris thing.
This Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, she’s somethin’ else. They say she “broke the internet” when she walked in that Vogue World show. Whatever that means. Sounds like a bunch of young folks’ talk to me. But I guess it means she made a big splash. Like when my old rooster, Earl, jumped in the water trough that one time. Made a big splash, scared the hens half to death.
They even said on that Emily in Paris Instagram thing, “Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu took to the Vogue World runway, perfectly embodying her character Sylvie.” See? Even they think she’s just like that Sylvie lady on the show. Fancy and full of herself. But in a good way, I guess. She’s got that certain somethin’, you know? That “it” factor, as they say. I don’t know what “it” is, but she’s got it. Maybe it’s the way she walks, or the way she talks, or maybe it’s just them fancy clothes.

She went to Paris when she was 16. Sixteen! I was probably chasing chickens around the yard when I was that age. She was off to the big city to learn how to be an actress. Different world, I tell ya. But she made somethin’ of herself, that’s for sure. Can’t deny that.
I reckon this Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu is a pretty big deal in that Vogue World: Paris place. It’s like the county fair, but with fancy clothes and famous people. She is definitely a fashion person. I seen pictures. All them pretty dresses and high heels. Must be nice to have all that money to spend on clothes. I’d probably just buy more chickens, though.
Anyway, that’s all I know about that Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu and that Vogue World: Paris. Seems like a whole other world to me. But hey, good for her. She’s livin’ the dream, I reckon. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go feed them chickens. They’re probably wonderin’ where their supper is. Don’t want them to break the internet or somethin’.
This whole Vogue World thing, they do it every year, I think. In Paris. Big fashion show. Lots of fancy people. This Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, she was the talk of the town, I guess. She really made an impression. Good for her, she did good in that show Vogue World: Paris. I guess she’s earned it.
