Alright, let’s talk about this… uh… “observed by us coach” thing. I ain’t no fancy writer, so I’ll just tell it like it is, ya know? Like I’m gossiping with ya over the fence, but on this here computer thingy.

The untold stories: What our coach observed this season

So, there’s this show, Untold. They got all sorts of stories ’bout sports and stuff. Like, what really happened, not just what them fancy news people tell ya. It’s like, the real dirt, ya know? They got a whole bunch of these shows, they call ’em volumes. Comes out a piece at a time, so ya gotta keep watchin’ to get the whole story.

Now, there’s this fella, Moore. He’s ’bout 38, I reckon. Big job he’s got, takin’ over for that Harbaugh fella as the head coach at Michigan. That’s a big deal, ya know? Like, takin’ over the whole farm after the old man’s gone. Gotta keep things runnin’, gotta make sure them boys play good.

  • Big pressure, I tell ya. Everyone’s watchin’, seein’ if he can do it.
  • And it ain’t just about the games, ya know? It’s about them boys, makin’ sure they grow up right, stay outta trouble.
  • It’s a whole heap of responsibility, like raisin’ a whole field of corn. Gotta water ’em, feed ’em, make sure the weeds don’t take over.

Then there’s this other show, Bad Sport. That one’s all about when sports and bad stuff mix. Like, cheatin’ and such. They talk to the players, get their side of the story. It’s like seein’ the other side of the coin, ya know? Not just the shiny part, but the rusty part too.

And get this, they got this fella named Connor Stalions. Used to work for Michigan. They say he’s a big part of the story, whatever that story is. I ain’t watched it yet, but I heard tell it’s a whole lot of drama. Like a soap opera, but with footballs. I like my soap operas, let me tell ya, but this sounds even better, all that huffing and puffing and running around.

They also got this old show, Coach. They just put it all on them DVDs. Nine seasons! That’s a lot of watchin’. I remember them old days, gatherin’ ‘round the TV, watchin’ shows like that. Simpler times, ya know? Now everyone’s got their faces glued to these here phones.

And then there’s this Saban fella. He likes bein’ on the lake, apparently. Takes his boat out, hangs out with his family and friends, even them players. Sounds nice, don’t it? Reminds me of when we used to go down to the crick on a hot summer day. Just relaxin’, lettin’ the worries drift away. Guess even them big-shot coaches need a break sometimes. Can’t be yellin’ at them boys all the time, gotta let ‘em breathe a little, let ‘em have some fun. That’s how you get ‘em to play good, ya know? Happy players play better, that’s what I always say. Even if I ain’t never coached a lick in my life.

So, that’s the gist of it, I reckon. Observed by us coach, it’s all about the stories behind the games, the people behind the players. The good, the bad, and the ugly. Just like life, ya know? Only with more helmets and whistles. And boats, apparently. Gotta have boats.

And I tell you what, these coaches, they got a lot on their plate. It ain’t just about winnin’ games. It’s about leadin’ them boys, teachin’ ’em right from wrong, makin’ sure they grow into good men. It’s a tough job, but somebody’s gotta do it. And we’re all just here, watchin’ ’em, judgin’ ’em, cheerin’ ’em on. Or yellin’ at the TV, dependin’ on how the game’s goin’. That’s the fun of it, I guess.
